Farmlink
Rescuing Surplus, Restoring Dignity
The Farmlink Project focuses on reducing food waste and combating hunger by connecting surplus produce from farms to communities in need. Since its inception in 2020, Farmlink has redirected over 250 million pounds of fresh produce that would have otherwise gone to waste, providing more than 208 million meals to food-insecure populations.
Farmlink's efficient logistics enable the delivery of donations within 24-48 hours. This rapid response is crucial in ensuring that perishable food reaches those in need promptly.
By participating in the 100 Billion Meals Challenge, Farmlink contributes its innovative approach to food redistribution, aiming to scale its impact and further address food insecurity on a global scale.
